GetLocalOnline offers web design and development services for professional businesses, including but not limited to: custom web design, front-end development, SEO optimization, content writing, contact tool integration (WhatsApp, forms), and post-launch support.
Services are contracted through direct agreement between GetLocalOnline and the client, following an initial consultation. The specific terms of each project — including scope, timeline, price, and deliverables — are defined in a written proposal that requires client approval before work begins.
Prices are communicated individually during the consultation process. Payment terms are agreed in writing before the project begins. GetLocalOnline reserves the right to modify its rates for new projects without affecting existing agreements.
Upon full payment of the project, the client receives ownership of the delivered website, including custom code and content created specifically for their project. Tools, frameworks, and reusable components developed by GetLocalOnline remain the property of GetLocalOnline. Stock images used are subject to their own licenses.
The client is responsible for: providing content, images, and necessary materials in a timely manner, reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines, maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials, and ensuring that provided content does not infringe third-party rights.
Each project includes 30 days of post-launch support covering functional bug fixes and minor adjustments. Substantial design or functionality modifications outside the original scope are considered additional work and quoted separately.
GetLocalOnline is not responsible for: data losses caused by the client's hosting provider, specific search engine ranking results (although we actively work to optimize visibility), service interruptions caused by third parties, or the use the client makes of the delivered website.
