We’ll be upfront: this package doesn’t include everything under the sun. If you need something more complex, we’ll say so — and often point you at the right tool instead of selling you one.

What people ask before they buy.
What if I don’t like the first draft?
You get one free round of changes, no questions asked. If after that you still hate it, we refund your money. We’d rather part on good terms than argue.
What if I already own a domain?
Great — we’ll use it. You’ll get a small discount is not the answer here: the price is $100 either way. We’ll walk you through updating your DNS so the domain points to your new site (takes about 10 minutes).
What happens after year one?
To keep your site online you renew for $50/year. That covers the domain, hosting, SSL certificate, and up to 30 minutes of edits (updating hours, prices, phone number, swapping a photo). Bigger changes get quoted separately at fair rates.
Do I own the site?
Yes. It’s your domain and your files. If you ever want to move to another host or hand it off to a nephew who does web design, we hand over everything with no drama.
Can I sell things online?
Not through this package. If you need a real online store, you’re better off with Shopify or Square Online — we’re happy to say that. What we can do is put a big “Order online” button that links to your existing DoorDash, Toast, or Square site.
How do I pay?
PayPal. It’s straightforward and works with any credit or debit card — you don’t need a PayPal account to pay.
Where are you based?
United States. Every site is built by a real person. No sending your business off to a template mill overseas.
Can you help me with Google, Yelp, or social media?
We can point you in the right direction and set up the links, but ongoing marketing isn’t part of this package. If you want a specialist, we’ll happily recommend one.
