Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026. The short version: we collect only what we need to build your site and answer your questions. We don’t sell your data. We don’t run ad-tracking on this site.
What we collect.
When you fill out the intake form, we collect the information you provide: business name, contact details, hours, services, address, photos, logo, links to social profiles, and any notes you add. We also collect the timestamp of your submission and your PayPal transaction reference once payment clears.
When you email us, we keep the email and any attachments you send so we can respond and reference the conversation later.
We do not use analytics services like Google Analytics on this site. We do not embed third-party trackers, pixels, or advertising code.
How we use it.
Your intake information is used solely to build your website, communicate about your order, register your domain, and process renewals. Card or bank credentials are handled by the payment provider you choose; we never see or store full card or bank-account credentials. If you request an alternate method such as Zelle or check, we keep your payment-method preference and any message you send so we can arrange payment.
Who sees it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers involved in your order, such as the payment processor you choose, our email-delivery provider, and the registrar or hosting provider used for your website. Domain registration may require business/contact details; private WHOIS is enabled whenever the registrar supports it.
How long we keep it.
Intake data and photos are kept for as long as you are a customer, plus one year after cancellation, so we can help you if you come back. If you’d like everything deleted sooner, email us and we’ll remove it within 30 days.
Cookies.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. We may use browser session storage to remember campaign parameters such as UTM tags so we can tell which of our own ads or links produced an order. This data is submitted only if you complete the intake form.
Your rights.
You can ask for a copy of what we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your data. Email andy@getlocalonline.com.
Third-party services we use.
- PayPal or another payment service you choose — payment processing (their privacy policy).
- Email delivery provider — used to send order and project messages.
- Domain registrar and hosting provider — required to register your domain and run your website.
- Google Fonts — used to serve typography on this site.
Changes to this policy.
If we update this policy, we’ll post the change here with a new “last updated” date. Anything material — we’ll email active customers.
